These terms govern your use of the dicomassist.io website. They are not the software licence. If you run DICOM Assist, your rights and obligations come from the agreement you signed with Accessium Group Inc., and nothing on this website changes it.

What this site is

Product information. It describes DICOM Assist as it exists at the date shown above. Capabilities change; a page you saw six months ago is not a commitment. Anything you are relying on for a purchasing decision should be confirmed in writing with us first.

No warranty from this site

The content here is provided as-is and without warranty. Warranties, if any, are in your licence agreement. Nothing on this site is clinical, legal, or regulatory advice, and nothing here should be used to make a patient-care decision - DICOM Assist is a routing and integration appliance and performs no clinical interpretation.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its infrastructure, or any connected system.
  • Do not use automated means to overload or degrade the site.
  • Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
  • Do not copy this site's content to imply an affiliation, endorsement, or partnership that does not exist.

DICOM is the registered trademark of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association for its standards publications relating to digital communications of medical information. Other names are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe interoperability.

The customer portal at dicomassist.app has its own terms. Other external links are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for what is on the other end of them.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this site or in DICOM Assist, email security@dicomassist.io with enough detail to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing publicly. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that stays within the acceptable-use rules above.
