DICOM Assist

Privacy notice for dicomassist.io

Last updated:September 4, 2026

This notice covers this website only. The DICOM Assist product is self-hosted software that runs on our customers' own infrastructure, and this site has no access to any data it processes. Nothing described below involves patient data.

What this site collects

One thing: what you type into the contact form. That is your name, work email, company, optional role, optional area of interest, and your message. It is sent to our sales inbox so a person can reply to you.

The form also carries a hidden field that real visitors never fill in. If it arrives filled in, the submission is discarded as automated. It collects nothing about you.

What this site does not collect

  • No cookies. This site sets none - not for analytics, not for preferences, not for sessions.
  • No analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics tag, no pixel, and no third-party script of any kind.
  • No third-party fonts or CDNs. Fonts are served from this site's own domain, so no font host sees your visit.
  • No account, no login, and no password. Sign-in happens on the customer portal, which is a separate application.

Server logs

The content delivery network that serves this site records standard request logs - IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent, response status. They are used to operate and secure the site, are not joined to anything else, and age out on a fixed retention schedule.

Who your message reaches

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to Accessium Group Inc. through a transactional email provider acting on our behalf. They are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone else, and they are not used for advertising.

The customer portal is separate

The customer portal at dicomassist.app is a different application on a different domain with its own terms and its own privacy handling. This site links to it and nothing more; no credential is ever entered here.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Email info@accessiumgroup.com and we will action it. Since the only thing this site collects is a message you chose to send, there is usually very little to find.

Corporate privacy statement
